Teresa
Co-founder & Web Solutions Specialist
Hi, I’m Teresa, co-founder of Gumnut Business Solutions and the one behind most of the websites, systems, and strategies we create for our clients.
I grew up in Australia and have called Canada home since 2012. I started Gumnut because I kept seeing small business owners trying to do it all, building their business, managing their marketing, figuring out their tech, all without the right support. I wanted to create something practical, personal, and genuinely helpful that made the digital side of business less stressful and more empowering so that business owners could spend more time focusing on their products and clients.
I studied Web Design at McMaster University and over time expanded into digital marketing, consulting, and business coaching. These days I help clients build websites that reflect who they are, systems that keep things running smoothly, and strategies that move their business forward.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, birdwatching, or taking whatever interesting class catches my eye, often with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Jamie, co-founder of Gumnut Business Solutions and the graphic designer behind many of the visuals we create for our clients.
I’ve always been drawn to design and the way good visuals can tell a story. What started as a passion for helping people turn abstract ideas into something real has grown into a full-time role creating logos, brand identities, website designs, and marketing materials that feel true to each client’s vision.
I work closely with Teresa on everything from wireframes to full brand packages, making sure every design is not only eye-catching but functional and intentional. Whether it’s a website, a single social post, or a full rebrand, my goal is to create visuals that help your business stand out, connect with the right people, and tell your story in an authentic way.
When I’m not designing for Gumnut, I can usually be found creating virtual reality experiences, editing youtube, or out in the woods exploring somewhere off the beaten path.
