Terms and Conditions for Service Introduction Meeting
Booking Fee and Credit
A non-refundable fee of $55 is required to secure your booking for the Service Introduction Meeting.
This fee will be credited back to any services booked within 30 days of the initial meeting, effectively waiving the cost of the consultation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for the fee credit.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and ensure that all discussions during the meeting remain confidential. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your consultation.
No Obligation
The Service Introduction Meeting is a preliminary discussion. There is no obligation to book additional services with us following this meeting.
Follow-Up
After the meeting, we will provide a summary of our discussion and any suggested next steps should you choose to proceed with our services.
